then my radio goes out

Vacation can't come soon enough!
Ive never been through a tornado, but I am so deathly scared of them. When I was little, any time they put out a tornado watch I would make my mom empty out the hallway closet so I could organize enough room for whoever was at home with us.

ReplyDeleteEither way, 3 tornado sirens just LAST NIGHT...I'm OVER it! I love spring, but I'm in the same boat...#1 on our list when purchasing our new house was a basement and we searched and searched with no luck. So we've got a tiny little closet under the stairs...I'm trying to convince J to break down the wall so we could at least get back into the little nook part...we'll see if that happens!
Anyway, lots of flooding here as well..not sure where you are but hope all was safe!
Yipes!!! We actually didn't have school yesterday due to tornado impact in the area. Boo! I live 30 minutes away from my school, and actually had no idea the tiny town had been hit until I got a text as I was getting ready to leave. All of the destruction so close by certainly makes you think about your 'safety plans' and such...and really makes you treasure the blessing of safety for your family. Ready for summer time, that's for sure!
