So, I'm going to start sharing some recipes with ya'll! Because well us women have to stick together & need easy quick meals right?
So this is a great alternative to chili during the winter!
Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
2 cups water
1 cup diced celery
1 cup whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup sliced carrot - {i use frozen veggies}
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 (16 ounce) jar process cheese sauce- i use queso cheese, it gives it a kick!
Directions
In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs and salt. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-in. balls. In a large saucepan, brown meatballs; drain.
Add the water, celery, corn, potatoes, carrot, onion, bouillon and hot sauce; stir in cheese.
Let sit in the crock-pot for a hour or so. or on low all day @ work ect. & YUMM! dig in!

This looks delish (although I do admit the second to last pic does look scary - ha!) I am wondering -- ever try it with ground turkey? Or low fat cheese? Just curious...
